One of San Diego’s TOP TEN mortgage brokers is looking for highly qualified loan processors. Candidate must have at least one year experience in the Mortgage Business with the ability to handle a consistent pipeline of 30 to 40 loans per month. Experience with Encompass is a plus, as well as some knowledge of Microsoft Office. Strong Applicants will have a solid knowledge of most lender programs; such as Sub prime, Alt-A, and Option Arms because we do it all! We pay a competitive salary with commission based on the number of loans that are closed in a month. Our atmosphere is fun, energetic, and money motivated.
